Skilled CaregiverLocation: Kerrville, TX Company: Always Best Care BoerneJob SummaryAlways Best Care Boerne is hiring Skilled Caregivers to provide compassionate, reliable in-home care to seniors in Kerrville and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities.Caregivers help clients with personal care, daily activities, mobility, meals, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and flexible scheduling.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care, including bathing and dressingProvide safe mobility and transfer assistancePrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping and laundryProvide companionship and social supportProvide medication remindersMonitor and report changes in client conditionDocument completed care using our mobile appFollow the client's care plan and company policiesPerform other related caregiving duties as assignedRequirements1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle and current auto insuranceSmartphone required for documentation and time trackingAuthorized to work in the United StatesWilling to complete a background check and drug screeningThree professional references requiredDependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with seniorsWilling to complete paid training and orientationWhat We Offer$14.00–$16.00 per hourWeekly payDaily pay available through TapcheckFlexible schedulingOpportunities for overtimePaid orientation and trainingMedical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees401(k) planPaid time offHoliday pay at 1.5xMileage reimbursementPerformance bonuses$500 Sign-On Bonus24/7 office supportOngoing coaching, training, and recognitionWhy Join Always Best Care?We value the caregivers who provide quality care to our clients every day.
