This is ideal for carpenters who take pride in detail, enjoy complex and challenging work, and want a clear path for growth including advancement into a Lead Carpenter role.What You'll DoPerform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworkingExecute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodelsRead and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of workWork collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractorsMaintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs dailySupport and guide less-experienced carpenters when neededWhat We're Looking For5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experienceStrong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworkingHigh standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiencyValid driver's license and reliable transportationLead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferredWhy You'll Love Working HereHigh-quality, high-end residential projects — no production-line workClear path to Lead Carpenter, Senior Carpenter, or Project Management rolesPerformance bonuses, consistent year-round work, and full benefitsMission-driven company with core values that are lived daily, not posted on a wallCompensation Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience.
