CNC Operator$20.00-$27.00/hour (Based on experience and skill level)1st, 2nd6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am Monday-FridayLooking for Your Next CNC Opportunity?We're hiring CNC Operators with hands-on experience operating Mazak machines and a working knowledge of Mazatrol controls and G-code. If you can read blueprints, make offset adjustments, check your own parts, and make basic program edits, we want to hear from you! Don't miss this potential to hire opportunity in Glendale, MO.CNC Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Operate CNC Mazak machines, including CNC lathes and milling equipmentSet up and operate CNC equipment according to production specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specificationsRead and understand G-code programsMake basic program edits and adjustments as neededUse Mazatrol controls to operate and make adjustments to CNC machinesMake offsets and machine adjustments to maintain required dimensions and tolerancesInspect finished parts using appropriate measuring equipmentMonitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivityPerform tool changes and assist with basic machine setupMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow established production, quality, and safety proceduresCNC Operator Requirements:Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience requiredExperience operating Mazak CNC machines strongly preferredExperience with Mazatrol controls preferredWorking knowledge of G-code programming requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to understand and adjust CNC programsAbility to make offsets and dimensional adjustmentsBasic understanding of CNC tooling, feeds, speeds, and machine operationStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality partsMust have enough foundational CNC knowledge to work independently with limited training
