Overview
Our Skilled Construction Laborers bring certified trade experience to support complex construction, renovation, and demo projects. These associates perform hands-on work, assist licensed trades, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Support - Running wire, installing fixtures, assisting electricians, basic troubleshooting
Plumbing Assistance - Pipe fitting support, fixture installation, material prep, jobsite setup
Carpentry Work - Framing, drywall, trim installation, repairs, and material handling
Demolition & Renovation - Removing structures, clearing debris, preparing spaces for rebuild
General Labor - Loading/unloading, site cleanup, staging materials, assisting trades
Tool Operation - Safe use of hand and power tools
Safety Compliance - Following OSHA standards, wearing PPE, reporting hazards
Requirements Valid certifications in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
Experience on active construction sites
Reliable transportation
PPE required (hard hat, gloves, boots, vest)
