These associates perform hands-on work, assist licensed trades, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Support — Running wire, installing fixtures, assisting electricians, basic troubleshootingPlumbing Assistance — Pipe fitting support, fixture installation, material prep, jobsite setupCarpentry Work — Framing, drywall, trim installation, repairs, and material handlingDemolition & Renovation — Removing structures, clearing debris, preparing spaces for rebuildGeneral Labor — Loading/unloading, site cleanup, staging materials, assisting tradesTool Operation — Safe use of hand and power toolsSafety Compliance — Following OSHA standards, wearing PPE, reporting hazardsRequirementsValid certifications in electrical, plumbing, or carpentryAbility to lift 50–75 lbsExperience on active construction sitesReliable transportationPPE required (hard hat, gloves, boots, vest)$20.00-$25.00 Per hour
