Job Description Job Description We are hiring a dependable, hands-on Skilled Construction Laborer to help prepare vacant units for new residents. This is an ongoing, full-time role for someone with experience in one of the following trades: painting, finish work, repairs, flooring etc
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is comfortable handling a variety of renovation and repair tasks in a fast-paced property environment.
What You'll Do
Perform interior painting, patching, and touch-up work
Handle basic finish carpentry and punch-out work
Repair walls, doors, cabinets, trim, fixtures, and hardware
Install, repair, or replace flooring as needed
Assist with general repairs and unit refurbishing
Support exterior cleanup, property upkeep, and common area maintenance as needed
Work safely, stay organized, and maintain quality standards on every unit
What We're Looking For
Strong skills in painting, basic repairs, flooring, and finish work
Experience with hand tools and power tools
Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and ready for ongoing work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Apartment maintenance or rental property experience is a plus
Pay and Benefits
$20-$25/hour , depending on experience
