Job description
Skilled Experienced AssemblerLocation: South Oklahoma CityExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Assembler to build, test, and troubleshoot products across multiple product lines. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and experience working with a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment. The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience—oilfield assembly strongly preferred—and a proven history of reliability and longevity in past positions. This position plays a critical role in supporting production goals and continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities:Assemble components for all product lines using the correct tools, fixtures, and equipmentPerform testing on assembled products to ensure accuracy and qualityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and product testingRead and interpret blueprints; identify components; apply rework techniques as neededUse hand tools, measuring devices, and equipment to meet dimensional tolerancesCreate accurate labor records for all assembly and production transactionsApply Manufacturing System principles and tools to support continuous improvementPay: $18.50/hrSchedule:Standard: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMAs business needs: Overtime Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM and Saturday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AMQualifications:Assembly experience requiredOilfield assembly experience strongly preferredProven longevity and dependability in past employmentAbility to read blueprints and use hand tools, measuring devices, and rework techniquesStrong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
