As a Skilled Laborer, your expertise in framing and finish work will be key to our success in building structures that are not only durable, but also visually appealing.ResponsibilitiesMeasure, cut, and shape wood or other materials according to specifications for framing, trim, cabinetry, etc.Install and assemble framing components, including walls, floors, and roofsApply drywall and plaster and perform finishing work such as sanding, priming, and paintingInstall windows, doors, cabinets, and moldingRequirementsProven experience as a skilled laborer in framing and finish workProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documentsExcellent measurement and carpentry skillsAbility to operate and maintain power tools safely and effectivelyKnowledge of building codes and regulationsStrong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipPhysical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
