Skilled LaborerSkillforce is seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers for a project in Hillsboro, OR. This contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside a respected contractor supporting maintenance operations on specialized cooling equipment used in a data center environment.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong mechanical abilities, and can follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with routine maintenance activities on outdoor cooling equipmentRemove and replace air filtration components as directedClean equipment coils and related system components to support optimal performanceOperate hand tools and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectivelyFollow established procedures, work instructions, and project schedulesAdhere to all site-specific safety requirements and company policiesQualificationsPrevious experience in general labor, maintenance, construction, or a related field preferredMechanically inclined with the ability to learn new processes quicklyComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to use common hand tools safely and efficientlyReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to pass a background checkRequired CertificationOSHA 10 CertificationBenefitsCompetitive compensation up to $30/hour depending on experienceConsistent project-based work with a reputable contractorHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off and Holiday PayEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramIf you're a motivated worker who enjoys hands-on tasks and takes pride in doing quality work, we encourage you to apply today.
