Skilled Laborer- IMMEDIATE HIRING!!!Location: Buda, TXPay: $18.00/hour + Overtime AvailableSchedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start), 8-10 hour shifts. Regular Saturday half-days may be required.Position Type: Contract-to-HireJob SummaryExperience in construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor environments.Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.Ability to prepare rebar, build/assemble aluminum concrete forms, and follow blueprints and measurements.Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment.Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and safety-focused, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean work area.Concrete/precast, rebar, fabrication, form-building, or forklift experience is preferred and offers an advantage.Work EnvironmentIndoor/outdoor manufacturing environment with a construction-site atmosphere and physically active work including standing, lifting, bending, and material handling.Safety-focused workplace with hard hat, safety glasses, vest, and met guards provided.
