Skilled Laborer – Sheet MetalDenver, CO $24-26/hr + Weekly Pay + BenefitsDevelop your skills. Build essential infrastructure. Deliver quality craftsmanship.Skilled Laborers play an important role in supporting sheet metal and HVAC installation on active RK construction sites. From moving materials and preparing work areas to assisting with installation, cleanup, and basic trade tasks, your effort helps crews complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule.At RK Industries, you'll support experienced Sheet Metal team members by helping with material handling, site preparation, basic installation tasks, tool organization, and jobsite cleanup while learning the trade in a hands-on construction environment.This is an opportunity to build your skills, gain field experience, and grow with a team that values hard work, safety, reliability, and craftsmanship.What You'll DoAssist with sheet metal and HVAC construction, installation, finishing, improvement, and related jobsite tasks.Organize materials, tools, and equipment to support crew productivity and project schedules.Prepare work areas, assist with measurements and basic layout support, and help keep the jobsite clean and safe.Follow direction from foremen, Journeymen, and lead installers while learning trade practices and safety expectations.What You Bring2 or more years' experience with sheet metal or HVAC in a construction setting.Ability to use hand tools, follow instructions, lift and move materials, and work safely in an active construction environment.Strong work ethic, reliability, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.Why Build Your Career at RKBuild bigger.
