Skilled LaborerSchedule is typically 7am to 3:30pm M-F +OT when needed. Pay: $20 -$21/hr, paid weekly.Our client is a leading provider in modular buildings which includes; modular office spaces as well as classrooms. This is a career opportunity with a great company and competitive wages. This position is a temp-to-permanent hire position directly with the company. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and heavy labor. Job duties:Assist other Service Technicians with refurbishment of trailersInventory and site clean upClean up and detailing of modular office trailers and classroomsPotential of position:Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, walls, framing, windows.Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materialsInspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixturesMaintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of recent construction, carpentry experience, or directly related experienceValid Driver's License with reliable transportationBackground and Drug testingBenefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND0825
