Skilled LaborerTen Mile is seeking skilled laborers to join our team at Ten Mile, located in Washington. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to assist with construction and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position works heavily with Poly Pipe and Oil & Gas Reclamation.Responsibilities & RequirementsPass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background/MVR checkValid Drivers LicenseAbility to maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicle operationPrevious experience in a laborer or similar role preferredAbility to perform physically demanding workAssist with the preparation and cleanup of job sitesPerform duties as assignedStrong work ethic and reliabilityGood communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamWillingness to learn and follow safety proceduresReport to work at the designated start timeGreat attention to detail and stress toleranceAbility to work overtime when requiredFollow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsiteAble to work in all weather conditionsBenefitsHealth and Vision insuranceDental InsurancePaid time offPaid holidaysLife insurance401(k) PlansCareer progressionEnvironment: This position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid.
