Skilled Machine OperatorCenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring skilled machine operators for our Kirksville, MO facility. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments. Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.Schedule & Pay:Trainee $23.94/hr + shift premium$1.50/hr 3rd shift premiumTraining on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)Monday-Friday; overtime and Saturdays as neededOpportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.What You'll Do:Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs.Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
