We are a skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, actively hiring LPNs and RNs to join our clinical team. About the Role:
As a Skilled Nurse at Balanced Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes
Coordinating care with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
Requirements:
Active Florida LPN or RN license (required)
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must pass background screening through FL Clearinghouse | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $28.00 to $38.00 (based on license and experience)
