This role ensures accurate documentation and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Sunrise's mission.What You'll Do:Greet visitors, residents and families and manage front desk operationsServe as telephone receptionist and route messages accurately and promptlyPerform clerical duties to support Skilled Nursing operationsMaintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with federal, state and Sunrise standardsAssemble, file and manage resident charts, admissions and discharge documentationTranscribe physician orders and support nursing documentation as requestedMonitor record accuracy and report deficienciesSupport risk management, infection control and safety practicesAssist residents, families and team members with inquiries and informationWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma/GED requiredCustomer service experience; skilled nursing or long-term care preferredExperience with medical records systems preferredStrong organizational, communication and record-keeping skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Sunrise systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretionSkilled Nursing Concierge – Create a Welcoming Experience While Supporting Resident Care Operations Concierge | Front Desk | Customer Service | Medical Records | Skilled Nursing | Healthcare AdministrationPay Range: 15.00 - 18.80Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
