Job description

Qualifications and Experience:
Valid OT license in Washington state, or eligibility to obtain
Recent experience in school-based, healthcare, or home health settings
Solid understanding of IEP processes and goal development
Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary school teams
Adaptability and creative problem-solving in dynamic environments
Excellent communication to support students, staff, and families
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and provide individualized sensory-motor therapy for students with diverse needs
Develop, implement, and track progress toward student-centered goals in IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to create supportive learning spaces
Provide recommendations, training, and resources for classroom staff to facilitate accessibility and independence
Maintain clear, timely documentation, upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards
Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development as needed
