Key Qualifications and Experience:
Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts
Demonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Familiarity with EMR platforms, specifically Pronto preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Core Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for a broad range of orthopedic conditions
Deliver hands-on therapy in one-on-one settings, optimizing patient outcomes
Document all care activities promptly and accurately in the Pronto EMR system
Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
