Job description
Pheasant Wood Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing facility in Peterborough, NH, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, person-centered care to short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents. The RN will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, manage care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support physical, emotional, and social needs.
