Job Overview
Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the adult long-term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more.
Nursing schedule includes;
48 hours every two weeks
Evening shift
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:
Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required:
Current MN RN license or by start dateBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
Qualifications
$37.67- $54.42 Hourly
