Job description

This contract opportunity offers you the ability to make a profound impact, working closely with students to develop their communication abilities and enhance their educational experiences.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates will be considered
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly beneficial
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to adapt therapy methods to the needs of diverse learners
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings in accordance with students' IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other staff to support student progress
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports for compliance purposes
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
Stay current with evidence-based practices and legal requirements in school-based SLP services
