Job description
Magnolia Ridge Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Barre, VT, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care. The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor clinical status for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning, and ensure regulatory and infection-control compliance.
