Job description
Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City seeks a Supervisor, Skilled Nursing to lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a fast-paced tertiary care environment. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, patient flow, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The supervisor supports evidence-based practice, mentors and evaluates staff, and coordinates care with physicians, therapists, and ancillary teams. The position drives patient-centered outcomes, fosters a culture of compassion and teamwork, and supports continuous education and professional development on the unit.
