Job description
Cox Healthcare in Oklahoma is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to complete evaluations and provide skilled nursing therapy. You will design and implement treatment plans to help patients reach maximum potential and transition to the next level of care.
Collaborate with fellow therapists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, cohesive care. You will educate patients and caregivers for successful home treatment after discharge and maintain thorough documentation of all services.
