Job description
HiredFirst is hiring a Physical Therapist for a direct hire/permanent position in Lakeport, CA, inside a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will assess residents, develop treatment plans, and work with the care team. Start date is ASAP. Pay rate is $70–$75 per hour, with full benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
This role offers stable, year-round work in a community clinic atmosphere. Licensure in California is required. Prior SNF experience is preferred.
