Job description
Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation, part of Milton Regional Health Care, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to guide clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will coordinate daily nursing operations, support and coach nursing staff, monitor resident care, and help ensure care plans meet individual needs. Working closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, you will promote safety, dignity, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes across short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
