Job description
Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation, part of Milton Regional Health Care, seeks a compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to guide clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will coordinate nursing staff and daily operations, support individualized care plans, monitor resident well-being, and promote accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Working closely with residents, families, providers, and an interdisciplinary team, you will help deliver excellent short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized services.
