Job description
Springbrook Center - ME seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Skowhegan. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans for short-term rehab and long-term residents. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, supervision of support staff, and promotion of safety and infection control. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ functional goals and overall quality of life in a professional, team-oriented environment.
