Job description
Riverside Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team on an on-campus role. You will provide direct patient care, assess residents, plan and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and document activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license and a current BLS certification, with 2–3 years of nursing experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
