Job description
Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Bath, NY is seeking a Unit Manager to lead daily operations of a skilled nursing unit. The Unit Manager oversees resident assessments, care planning, and coordination of nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality clinical care. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, monitoring documentation, managing admissions and discharges, and ensuring compliance with DOH and CMS regulations. In our resident-focused, team-oriented culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and access ongoing training and advancement within Centers Health Care.
