Skilled Personal Care Specialist | Weekends | San Diego North County"Your weekdays are yours. Weekends are some of the most meaningful, and most needed, shifts in caregiving. We're looking for a reliable, skilled caregiver who takes pride in showing up and delivering exceptional, person-centered care when families need it most.If you have the experience, the heart, and the weekend availability, we'd love to talk.What You'll DoProvide skilled personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingPerform safe transfers and mobility assistance using proper body mechanics and assistive equipmentSupport clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions using dignity-first, person-centered techniquesAssist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeepingOffer genuine companionship and emotional support that honors each client's independence and individualityWhat We're Looking ForConsistent weekend availability: Saturday and/or Sunday shifts1+ year of in-home caregiving or similar hands-on experienceDemonstrated experience with transfers, lifts, and safe mobility assistanceExperience supporting clients with dementia or Alzheimer's (strongly preferred)Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and current TB testCurrent CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)Reliable transportation and valid California driver's licenseDependable, warm, and professional — clients and families count on youWhat We OfferCompetitive weekend pay: plus a bonus for last-minute shiftsWeekend-only schedule: your weekdays stay completely freeOngoing training & skill development: including access to our Care LabMileage reimbursementPaid orientation: supported from day oneA team that shows up for you: just like you show up for clientsStaff recognition programs: great work gets noticed hereReady to Make Weekends Matter?Submit your resume and let us know your weekend availability.
