nOur business provides recreational services for children from the ages of 5 - 12 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and events.
nJob Summary:
nProvide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Skills Institute participants. As a Skills Institute Instructor, you will be responsible for leading groups of kids, ages ranging from 5 to 12 years old, through different soccer activities and development games while providing a fun, safe environment. Instructors need to be professional, great communicators, organized, safe, able to manage behaviors, and of course fun.
nThe position would be Part-time.
nDuties & Responsibilities:
nGreet customers and welcome those participants in class
nExplain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
nAdhere to strict safety rules for Skills Institute participants
nManage and organize daily lesson plans for classes. Weekly curriculum is provided
nResponsible for set up, clean up, and maintaining a field
nAttend pre-shift training and planning meetings before classes
nContinued coaches training throughout the seasons
nProviding recommendation cards to students at the end of each session
nQualifications:
nPrior experience as a coach not required
nMust be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
nBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
nBe able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
nMust be able to work weekends
nMust have some prior soccer knowledge
