Job description
Genesis is seeking a Skin Health Team Lead to guide a patient-centered wound care program within our nursing center. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to prevent and manage wounds, collaborates with family and residents, and oversees wound-related treatments and equipment.
You will report to the Director of Nursing with a dotted line to the Nursing Home Administrator, coordinate weekly wound rounds, and train staff in skin care, aseptic technique, and wound treatments.
