Heyday is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to lead a team of 25+ and drive profitability while delivering exceptional Heyday service. You will manage daily operations, optimize scheduling, and build strong relationships with clients and staff in a fast‑paced skincare environment.
The ideal candidate has experience with P&L and financial targets, a Hospitality/client‑service background, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
