Job description
Baptist Heart Specialists in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Sleep Center team. The selected Advanced Practice Provider will deliver outpatient care at the Sleep Center on Bonneval Road, supporting heart-focused sleep services.
This full-time role requires a Master of Science and a Florida license as NP or PA. New grads are welcome, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no on-call and no weekend requirements.
