Job description
Sleep Number is hiring a Store Manager in New York, NY. You will lead store operations, drive sales and coach a team to deliver a world‑class customer experience. The role requires 3+ years in sales leadership, recruiting and training, with strong use of POS systems and product demonstrations.
We offer base pay, uncapped commissions, benefits including health/dental/vision and 401(k), and a flexible, performance-driven environment. Must be US authorized and fluent in English.
