About the POSITION Join a growing, independent, nonprofit Critical Access Hospital and regional health system serving communities throughout beautiful Northeastern Oregon. The health system includes a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, more than 20 primary and specialty clinics, 80+ providers, and 800+ employees and continues to invest in expanding access to high-quality healthcare throughout the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in Sleep Medicine to join an established, collaborative team.
AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services for adult patients ages 18+
New graduates are welcome and will receive structured training, physician support, and mentorship

No after-hours call requirements
Average of approximately 12 patients per day

Join a professional staff consisting of three full-time physicians and one nurse practitioner , supported by an experienced clinic nursing team
Responsibilities The provider will evaluate and manage adult patients with a broad range of sleep disorders and work closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive sleep medicine services.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluation and management of patients with a wide range of sleep disorders
Reviewing and interpreting sleep study findings with physician support
Initiation and ongoing management of PAP therapy
Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adherence
Patient education regarding sleep hygiene, PAP use, and treatment compliance
Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other specialties to provide coordinated patient care

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Highly competitive total compensation opportunity of $147K+ , including:
Excellent base salary
