Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive care for patients with sleep disorders. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, interpreting sleep study results under physician supervision, developing treatment plans, and providing patient education on sleep hygiene and therapies (CPAP/BiPAP).
