Hartford Healthcare seeks a Sleep Medicine Advanced Practitioner to deliver comprehensive care to patients with sleep disorders in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, interpreting sleep studies, managing treatment plans (including PAP therapy), educating patients and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
