Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Sleep Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders, interpret sleep study results in collaboration with physicians, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide patient and family education, coordinate care across our network of hospitals and clinics, and use advanced technologies to support diagnosis and treatment. You’ll practice in a collaborative, compassionate, and inclusive environment with strong support for professional development and growth within a leading Connecticut healthcare system.
