Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Sleep Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with sleep disorders, interpret sleep study results, and develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with sleep physicians. You will provide patient education on sleep hygiene, CPAP/BiPAP use, and long-term condition management. Working with an interdisciplinary team, you will ensure high-quality, compassionate care while leveraging cutting-edge technology.
