Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Sleep Medicine team in Flagstaff. The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing and treating sleep-related disorders in an ambulatory setting, under the Sleep Medicine Physician/Program Director guidance.
Preferable candidates have 2+ years of clinical experience and enjoy joining a growing system serving the Northern Arizona region, including Navajo and Hopi Reservations.
