Sleep Medicine Opening Rockford, ILPart Time - Full Time Transition 0.5 FTE - 2 consecutive weeks in person (no remote) each monthTransition to Full TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE Sleep Medicine Physician to join established sleep medicine program in Rockford, IllinoisPosition Highlights:Outpatient sleep medicine practice with flexible FTE opportunitiesWell-established clinic setting with team-based care modelTwo sleep labs with remote interpretation capabilitiesNo call requirement for physicians practicing exclusively sleep medicineOpportunity to support and expand regional Inspire therapy programCollaborative team including sleep physicians, APPs, RNs, and MAsDedicated prior authorization support teamEPIC EMR systemOpportunity to improve and redesign referral pathways and sleep study utilizationResponsibilities:Provide outpatient sleep medicine careDiagnose and manage sleep disordersInterpret sleep studies and related diagnosticsCollaborate with multidisciplinary sleep medicine teamSupport Inspire therapy program developmentMaintain accurate and timely documentationQualifications:MD or DOBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Sleep MedicineComfort treating pediatric patientsActive Illinois license and DEA or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation range: $360,524 - $465,600Productivity and incentive opportunitiesGenerous vacation and CME benefitsProfessional dues, credentialing, and hospital fees coveredRelocation assistance and interview expenses paidMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceRetirement plan with employer contribution and matchPaid malpractice insurance with tail coverageProvider referral bonus program
