Job description
Duke Otolaryngology of South Durham, located in Durham, NC, seeks a Nurse Navigator to be an integral member of the healthcare team and provide direct and indirect care to patients.
Responsibilities include coordinating care across the continuum, triaging referrals, documenting needs, and supporting sleep medicine services. BSN and NC RN licensure required; BLS also required. Day shifts, Monday–Friday.
