Job description
Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Burlington, Wisconsin. You will assess residents, create and monitor treatment plans, and deliver therapy while educating families and staff for carryover of therapeutic progress.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC, and an active SLP license. Ongoing continuing education is expected.
