Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care, and work closely with patients, families, and the treatment team to ensure progress.
Responsibilities include administering standardized speech-language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans to support patient outcomes.
