Job description
Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess referred patients needing rehabilitation, provide direct care, and develop treatment plans under physician direction.
Responsibilities include goal setting based on patient capacity, documenting progress, and educating patients and families in therapy methods to ensure best outcomes in a skilled care setting.
