Job description
Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Hoosick Falls, NY. You will provide comprehensive speech therapy services, assess residents, develop and monitor treatment plans, and document in NetHealth EMR per CMS requirements.
Requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active state license. Positions available: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN; offering competitive pay and benefits with growth opportunities.
