Job description
Nexus Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. The SLP will address speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing needs.
The role includes AAC implementation, client and family education, and collaboration with other professionals to coordinate swallowing procedures as ordered by physicians.
