Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN
Autumn Lake at Salem County | Salem, NJ
$55-$60/hour | PRN
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Salem County. This flexible role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with residents to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities in a supportive rehabilitation setting.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
Provide skilled therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply
